🏔️ EXECUTIVE HOTEL OPERATOR (2 persons, ideally a couple) - Austria- Bad Gastein

📍 Alps | 🏨 3★ hotel | 🕒 8-10 months/year

We are looking for a leader, not just a manager.

For our modern mountain hotel in the heart of the Austrian Alps we are looking for an experienced couple/couple who can combine perfect service, efficient management and involvement in the hotel.

🚀 What you will be responsible for:

• Complete management of the daily running of the hotel
• Leading and motivating the team (front desk, F&B, housekeeping)
• Carrying out the work on the hotel that is needed at any given moment
• Optimizing processes and improving service quality
• Working with the management on the strategy and development of the hotel
• Cost control, budgets, reporting

🧠 Who we are looking for:

• You have experience in hotel operations (ideally 3+ years in a management position)
• Can you actively participate in the day to day running of the hotel? Perform check in/out, serve at the bar, prepare breakfast or clean the room?
• You speak English, German is an advantage
• You can lead people and make decisions quickly
• You have an eye for detail and numbers
• You are not looking for a "job" but a challenge
